I had an amazing time at this hotel. The rooms were ideal for beach activities, equipped with everything I needed, although a bit dusty. The service was friendly, and they handled everything smoothly. The location was superb, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The dining experience had room for improvement, but overall, I had a great stay.
The hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable with a fabulous view of the water, perfect for sunbathing, but they could use some updating for the money paid. The service was a mixed bag with friendly and pleasant staff contrasted by one unfriendly team member who failed to address issues. The location was overall wonderful, though there was an incident of flooding that needed attention. The dining experience was decent but not outstanding.
The hotel offers nice and comfortable rooms that are convenient to the pool and beach. The high-quality products, super comfy beds, and nice patio make the rooms well put together. However, it was a bit disappointing that one of the onsite restaurants was closed for a private party, not fair to other guests.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room had a screened patio and optional outdoor chairs, but the bathroom in the King room was tiny and awkward, not really worth the extra $. The service was quite efficient, with the staff being helpful and making the arrival and departure process easy. The location, although nice and relaxing, had some noise issues. The dining experience was great, especially for breakfast. Overall, the facilities were good, but had some drawbacks.
The hotel rooms were extremely comfortable and up-to-date, with great amenities like a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, big flat screen TV, and a safe. However, they were not wheelchair-friendly. The service was exceptional and went above and beyond for us, although there were some issues with timing. The location was excellent, with a big seating area by the ocean, but not ideal for those looking for a windy spot. The dining was a bit expensive but of good quality, and the facilities were well-kept and in like-new condition.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms weren't cleaned until late afternoon, but switching from a courtyard king to a slight ocean view king room was enjoyable. The leisure facilities weren't ready as expected, which was a downside.
